Hello and Welcome to the Flight Crew Dashboard! We’re doing our best to put everything you’ll need to know as part of the wedding party into this one convenient, consolidated location. We will update this page regularly with schedules, addresses & maps, travel tips, recommendations, and anything else we can think of to make this trip as hassle-free and enjoyable as we can. We’ll take care of the logistics so you can focus on the fun (:

    Logistics

    We have two options for accommodations. If you and your partner are planning on spending the entire week with us, we’re looking at booking four nights at Iberostar Waves. The group quote is for 318/ night for 2 guests, or 279/ night for single occupancy. Once the room block is finalized, we will list all the details & contact information here.

    We also understand that committing to an entire week may not be possible for everyone. If you’re only able to come down for the wedding, there’s a chance we won’t be able to book you at the resort (some resorts have 4 night minimum stays). If this is the case, we’re looking at The Fives Downtown for it’s proximity to Playacar.

    We will reach out to get confirmations for booking in the near future. We are planning on covering the resort for the bridal party & their SO’s for thursday and friday night and a final headcount will be needed for us to book those rooms.

    We will have more information soon about suggested flights and arrival times. We will be primarily looking at morning flights to minimize delays in customs and to allow ample time for checking into the resort. Please check back soon, we hope to have more information available as we get closer to the wedding!

    We plan on booking shuttles from Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen for Tuesday, April 21, and from Playa del Carmen back to the airport on Saturday, April 25. If your arrival or departure differs from the larger group, we reccommend booking a transfer through USA transfers, or taking the ADO bus to the Playa del Carmen Station and then walking or calling a taxi to the hotel from there.

    The Reception will be held at Blue Venado Paamul, a private beach club approximately 20 minutes from Playa del Carmen. It’s a semi-outdoor venue, consisting of an open-air palapa, indoor bridal suite & bathrooms, and wide open beach. Their address and contact information are listed below:

    Dress Code

    Below we’ve listed the key colors and fabrics we’re envisioning for the wedding party attire, but the style, brand, cut, and fit will be entirely up to you. We’re in the process of obtaining physical fabric swatches to send out for reference, but please don’t worry about an exact match! Anything similar will be perfect.
